Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at either CheerFern or OakFern to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, especially those with allergies.

Both holiday homes are strictly non-smoking. We kindly ask guests to respect this policy to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

We provide linens and pillows for all guests. Guests are required to bring their own towels, but we offer towels for hire with a nominal laundry charge if needed.

Yes, both CheerFern and OakFern offer ample off-street parking for your convenience.

Our holiday homes are equipped with modern amenities, including smart 4K TVs, unlimited fibre internet, well-equipped kitchens, gas-heated fireplaces, heat pumps, and more. CheerFern also features a covered deck and spacious backyard, while OakFern includes a large front and back garden, an outdoor trampoline, and a playroom for table tennis.
