Founded by professional couple Judy and Susith offers exceptional short-term rental accommodations designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere for families and groups. With a focus on creating cherished memories, operates two beautifully furnished holiday homes: CheerFern and OakFern.
CheerFern 4BR Entire Holiday Home is a newly renovated cottage, stylishly decorated retreat that comfortably sleeps seven guests. It features modern amenities such as a smart 4K TV, unlimited fibre internet, a gas-heated fireplace, a heat pump and a covered deck with BBQ facility. The spacious backyard provides ample space for children to play and families to relax. CheerFern's central location offers easy access to Rotorua's top attractions, including Te Puia, Tamaki Maori Village, and the Redwood Tree Walk.
OakFern 4BR Entire Holiday Home is a spacious, single-level dwelling that accommodates up to twelve guests. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a large playroom for table tennis, and a centralized heating/cooling system. The property includes a front and back garden with an outdoor trampoline, making it ideal for larger families or groups. OakFern is conveniently located near attractions such as Skyline Rotorua, Zorb Rotorua, and the Polynesian Spa.
